Former CEO of Richline Group, Dennis Ulrich, and Alberto Milani, Italy-America Chamber of Commerce president, have announced their cofounding of Piazza Italia “Stronger Together,” an exclusive membership network and shared physical coworking space for upscale Italian jewelry-, fashion-, accessories-, furniture-, and design-focused brands.

“Piazza Italia is an innovative, comfortable, and welcoming collective office and network concept that will facilitate the ability of Italian companies to grow both their business and brand awareness in North America,” said Dennis Ulrich in a statement. “This has been accomplished with smart, safe, and cost-effective operations, while matching our vendor partners’ specific brand and distribution target goals for this market.”

A Piazza Italia membership includes three divisions: Network, Services, and Events.

Piazza Italia Network offers multiple offices, workstations, meeting rooms, and lounge areas to provide members a cost-effective way to conduct business and meet with clients.

Piazza Italia Services include business-planning strategies, marketing, public relations, merchandising tips, selling representation, logistical service center, and digital presence that support the market, both in-store and online, with the guidance of an experienced team.

Finally, Piazza Italia Events, which will launch in April 2022, will include seminars, training, and educational forums, in addition to events that promote Italian brands to the trade and consumers through both physical and virtual showrooms.

“Both trade and consumers are looking for more end-to-end journeys across products and services, and Piazza Italia rapidly reinvented the ‘next normal’ value proposition,” said Milani in the same statement. “We will be the frontline research center for innovative events and customer cocreations to unlock the full potential of the Italian experience.”
