GemFind Adds Purchase Order Automation to JewelCloud 2.0
GemFind Digital Solutions has added Purchase Order Automation to its B2B commerce platform, JewelCloud 2.0, giving jewelry retailers a new way to generate and submit purchase orders directly through the platform. The system supports two workflows on the manufacturer side: electronic data interchange (EDI) for businesses with compatible ERP or order-management systems, and automatically generated PDF purchase orders delivered by email for those without EDI capabilities.
“Every manufacturer operates differently. Some have invested in ERP systems that support EDI, while others simply want a clean, accurate purchase order delivered by email. With JewelCloud 2.0, we’re supporting both,” said Alex Fetanat, founder and CEO of GemFind Digital Solutions, in a statement. “Manufacturers can receive orders the way they prefer, while retailers enjoy a faster, more efficient purchasing experience.”
For retailers, the new functionality is designed to create a more standardized ordering process while reducing manual data entry, errors, and processing time. The update builds on JewelCloud’s existing capabilities for distributing product information, images, pricing, inventory, and marketing assets between manufacturers and retailers, extending the platform from product discovery into order placement. GemFind says the system is designed to accommodate manufacturers of all sizes without requiring them to change their existing business systems.
GemFind will demonstrate the expanded JewelCloud 2.0 platform during a webinar, “How JewelCloud 2.0 Connects Brands, Retailers, and Consumers in One Ecosystem,” on Aug. 20 at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT. Register here.
