2024 has arrived! And there is no shortage of jewelry trends forecast for the year ahead, from sculptural metals and contemporary brooches to further spins on familiar elements like bows and layers. Here are just a few of the styles set to take center stage in 2024, along with representative pieces available now.

Modern metals

Clean, smooth metals in strong sculptural shapes explore the tension between minimalism and maximalism. It’s all about making a statement without committing to ornament or ornate design.

Cuffs

Seen on the runways of Alaïa, Saint Laurent, Khaite, Alexander McQueen, Tom Ford, and others, chunky cuffs are everywhere. Plus, they’re being styled in more ways than one, even stacked on ears.

Bows

The ultra-feminine, undeniably charming bow trend across fashion is even stronger heading into 2024. And jewelry is one of the easiest and chicest ways to embrace it.

Timeless brooches

Heirloom-quality jewelry transcends trends, and this year the spotlight is on brooches, with an influx of modern interpretations on the classic jewel. Brooches have been worn on runways for Chanel, Carolina Herrera, and Schiaparelli.

Boho layers

Burberry, Chanel, Tom Ford, and Carven were some fashion houses that showed long, layered, ’70s-inspired jewels for 2024. Combining warm golds with deep-toned stones, this trend exudes a carefree spirit that’s all about the art of layering.
