Pandora reported 3% organic growth in the second quarter and has raised its financial outlook for 2026, according to a company announcement released Aug. 12. The jewelry retailer said second-quarter revenue reached 7.2 billion Danish kroner (about $1.1 billion), up from 7.1 billion kroner a year earlier.
Comparable-store sales, a measure that tracks performance at existing locations, increased 1% during the quarter. The company said results varied by region, with North America down 1% and Europe, the Middle East, and Africa down 2%, while Asia-Pacific and Latin America posted gains of 10% and 18% respectively.
Operating profit in the second quarter reached nearly 1.5 billion kroner (about $226 million), up 13.7% from the same period last year.
Pandora attributed some of its recent progress to efforts to improve product design, strengthen local marketing, and adjust growth strategies by market. The company highlighted its Garden of Dreams seasonal theme and noted the new long-term branding initiative called Pandora Wonders that launched in July. Pandora also said it began testing a limited range of platinum-plated jewelry in the Netherlands, with broader trials planned later this year.
The company increased its 2026 guidance for organic growth to 0% to +3%, compared with a previous forecast of -1% to +2%. Pandora also raised its profitability outlook. The revised profit forecast includes the benefit of a one-time refund tied to a U.S. tariff claim, which the company said boosted second-quarter margins.
“We are making progress in reenergizing Pandora’s growth engine,” said Berta de Pablos-Barbier, the company’s president and CEO. “There is more work ahead, but we are moving in the right direction.”
