
Ryan Ross (pictured), a veteran of Williams Sonoma and HSN, has been appointed president of Neiman Marcus, where he will strengthen “the brand and customer experience.”
Ross was previously president of Williams Sonoma. Before that, he held the position of executive vice president, marketing and digital, at HSN. He also held leadership positions at Harrods, Pottery Barn, and Gap.
Ross will report to CEO Geoffroy van Raemdonck.
Lana Todorovich, who has served as Neiman’s president and chief merchandising officer since 2019, will remain in her present role. She will report to Ross.
In addition, David Goubert, who has served as chief customer officer for the past two years, will leave the company to “pursue other interests … including his passion for social impact businesses,” the company said.
