Lana Todorovich, who has served as Neiman’s president and chief merchandising officer since 2019, will remain in her present role. She will report to Ross.

In addition, David Goubert, who has served as chief customer officer for the past two years, will leave the company to “pursue other interests … including his passion for social impact businesses,” the company said.
