Kering on Tuesday announced it has appointed new CEOs at two of its jewelry houses: Charlotte Fournet will serve as the new CEO of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi as CEO of DoDo effective Sept. 15.
Both Fournet (pictured) and Cucurachi will report to Kering’s group chief operating officer and jewelry CEO Jean-Marc Duplaix. Duplaix became head of the jewelry division the company created in March to “further unlock the growth potential” of these brands in new markets, Kering said.
Fournet is charged with building Milan-based Pomellato in its marketing as a luxury destination for contemporary, colorful fine jewelry. Kering wants Pomellato to have elevated branding, strong store productivity, and expanded distribution to achieve long-term growth.
At DoDo, Cucurachi is tasked with supervising the brand’s strategic development, reinforcing its position in jewelry as a gift. Her focus will be sharpening the brand, boosting its emotional connection with clients, and expanding DoDo into selected international markets.
Duplaix described both Pomellato and DoDo as jewelry houses with strong identities and “tremendous potential.”

“The appointments of Charlotte Fournet and Krizia Cucurachi reflect our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders from within our organization,” Duplaix said in a statement. “Charlotte’s extensive and successful experience across several of Kering’s houses and Krizia’s strong track record in brand building and transformation make them ideally positioned to lead the next phase of growth for Pomellato and DoDo, and contribute to the ambition of Kering Jewelry.”
Kering has shared during several company presentations that its new jewelry unit will support the growth, creative identities, and development of collections at Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo, and Qeelin.
Kering CEO Luca de Meo said in April that the company aims to double its jewelry revenue by 2030, with strategies tailored to each brand’s DNA and client base. He plans for Kering’s jewelry brands to work closely with its fashion houses, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta.
In July, Kering’s jewelry business grew 14% as reported and 20% on a comparable basis. The group’s much larger fashion and leather goods business fell 5% as reported and 1% comparable. Kering credited much of the jewelry gain to Boucheron, which it said reached new record levels, helped by the debut of Quatre XS, a variation on the house’s Quatre collection.
Fournet has more than 14 years of experience in luxury merchandising and product strategy. She joined Saint Laurent in 2014 before moving to Gucci in 2019 and Bottega Veneta in 2020, where she held positions of increasing responsibility across merchandising. Most recently, she served as collection merchandising director, overseeing merchandising strategy across all product categories.
Cucurachi has more than 16 years of international experience spanning jewelry and consumer brands. She joined DoDo in 2024 as global product and brand director, supervising product, image, communication, events, visual merchandising, and media activities. Prior to joining DoDo, she spent more than a decade at Swarovski, where she held several senior leadership positions and played a key role in the brand’s transformation and growth. Earlier in her career, she held marketing positions at L’Oréal and Lindt & Sprüngli.
