A panel of LGBTQ+ creatives, to be presented this Thursday in midtown Manhattan, is just one example of Pride Month commemorations by members of the jewelry industry. Other retailers and designers are also hosting events as well as releasing collections and raising funds to celebrate Pride this year.
The “Pride in the Industry: LGBTQ+ Voices in Jewelry” panel, moderated by National Jeweler editor-in-chief Michelle Graff, will feature Greenwich St. Jewelers co-owner Jennifer Gandia; Only Natural Diamonds contributor Grant Mobley; fine jewelry designer Kris Averi; and Michael Coan, former chair of FIT’s jewelry design department. It takes place the evening of June 11 at the Luminary coworking space, 1204 Broadway, hosted by jeweler Mariana Russo and Modani Jewels COO Andrea Lucille Pooler.
“The jewelry industry has always been built on relationships, and the strongest relationships are built on belonging,” Pooler tells JCK. “Pride in the Industry was created because we believe LGBTQ+ voices in our trade deserve to be celebrated, amplified, and heard.
“We’re bringing together some of the most compelling voices across retail, design, editorial, and education for an honest conversation about what visibility and inclusion actually look like inside this industry. This isn’t a moment—it’s a movement, and we’re proud to be part of it.”
Also honoring Pride this month is Fiametta, a brand founded by LGBTQ+ jeweler Merill Hollander. The company has released its second annual Pride collection, offering a rainbow of gemstones in 10 pendant styles. Each piece is engraved with its limited-edition number on back.
“There is no other community that celebrates individuality quite like the LGBTQ+ community, so it felt natural for me to reflect that spirit by making each piece in the collection truly one-of-a-kind,” said Hollander, who will donate a portion of proceeds from the collection to the Ali Forney Center, a nonprofit providing shelter and healthcare services to unhoused LGBTQ+ youth.

“The queer community has long approached tradition with both reverence and reinvention, preserving what feels authentic while transforming what no longer resonates,” Hollander said in a statement. “That perspective is deeply woven into Fiametta. To me, these charms are more than adornment; they are thoughtful, expressive, and unapologetically individual.”
Rebel Nell cofounder Amy Peterson says her Detroit-based brand is celebrating love in every form with 2026 additions to its Pride collection—rings, necklaces, bracelets, and money clips made with fragments from a Pride mural that was in Rebel Nell’s studio.
Banter, a Signet brand, has collaborated with the Gaydar web series to curate the Gaydar edit, a Pride collection of stackable jewelry, statement pieces, and ear-styling essentials, designed to encourage creativity, confidence, and individuality. Banter also sponsored a special series of Gaydar Instagram posts.
In a Pride fundraiser, jewelry company Holden is donating 5% of every sale from June 15 to June 22 to the Trevor Project, a suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth. Holden traditionally donates 1% of its sales year-round to the group, with an annual minimum of $50,000.
Chouette Designs, an LGBTQ-owned brand based in San Diego, will give a portion of this month’s proceeds to the San Diego LGBT Center, said Chouette cofounder Ashley McGinty. Chouette also is hosting a June 18 panel on inclusivity in the wedding industry as part of its Pride commemorations. Scheduled to speak on the panel with McGinty are Alysia Cole, a wedding attire stylist and body-positivity advocate; Sara Da Silva, director of sales and marketing for San Diego Made, a collaborative artist and small-business warehouse; Jordan Daniels, a creative and activist; and Averi Linch, founder of wedding planning and design studio Jasper + Lane events.
