Christie’s has a lot of signed jewelry in its latest online sale, but the top lot is all about the stone: an 8.17 ct. D-color Internally Flawless round brilliant-cut diamond ring, to be exact, estimated at $250,000 to $350,000.

The Jewels Online sale—featuring more than 250 lots—is open for bidding through Oct. 15.

Next up is a diamond rivière necklace ($150,000–$250,000), followed by a ring with a 25.29 ct. cushion mixed-cut sapphire ($70,000–$90,000). A pair of Harry Winston diamond cluster earrings, offered as property of a distinguished family, is pegged at $40,000–$60,000.

Brand names do much of the heavy lifting. Bulgari alone has more than 30 lots, including a peridot, sapphire, and diamond necklace (pictured at top; $40,000–$60,000); pieces from its Naturalia, Parentesi, and Monete lines; and a 1960s gold Melone evening bag ($20,000–$30,000). Cartier, David Webb, Tiffany & Co., and Van Cleef & Arpels are also in the mix.

Watch bidders get a Cartier diamond and onyx Promenade d’une Panthère model, estimated at $60,000–$80,000. Three lots share a $30,000–$50,000 estimate: a Jean Schlumberger Cooper bracelet for Tiffany & Co., from a private collection called “From the Garden”; a Poiray emerald and ruby ring; and a Cartier bird brooch set with rubies, an emerald, and diamonds. David Webb’s bold look is represented by a thick 18k yellow gold rope necklace ($20,000–$30,000).

The sale includes also jewels from the collection of Dr. Joel Arem, an author and speaker who has spent more than 60 years in mineralogy and gems. Christie’s says many of his stones come in uncommon shades. More will be offered in the house’s Magnificent Jewels and Jewels Online sales in December.

Before bidding closes at 10 a.m. ET on Oct. 15, pieces can be viewed at Christie’s Rockefeller Center galleries through Oct. 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Oct. 11, when hours start at 1 p.m.
