JCK and Luxury drew 17,500 attendees to Las Vegas this year—an increase in turnout for the annual trade shows at the Venetian resort in Las Vegas, reported organizer RX Global.
Bringing together jewelry and watch retailers, brands, and suppliers from around the world, this year’s editions of JCK and Luxury (which ended June 1) placed greater emphasis on watches. Exhibitors in a new dedicated area for timepieces included Citizen, Bulova, Movado, and Frederique Constant.
“JCK and Luxury 2026 exceeded expectations on every level. The energy throughout the week was extraordinary, with very strong attendance, packed show floors, and meaningful business taking place at every turn,” said Sarin Bachmann, senior vice president for the jewelry portfolio at RX.
“The level of engagement, business activity, and collaboration across the show floor demonstrated the power of bringing our global community together and underscores JCK’s role as the industry’s premier marketplace and gathering place,” she said.
The expanded watch presence reflects growing overlap between the jewelry and watch categories as retailers look to broaden product assortments. The area also featured watch-focused education and networking events developed in partnership with Fondation Haute Horlogerie.
“This was our first year exhibiting at Luxury at JCK, and we were pleased with both the attendance and the quality of engagement at our brand booths,” said Susan Chandler, chief merchandising officer of Citizen Watch America. “We are excited about the continued growth of the category and look forward to future participation in this premier industry event.”
“JCK continues to be one of the most important gatherings in the industry, and this year’s show had incredible energy, with retailers actively seeking distinctive designs, compelling stories, and trusted partnerships,” said Melanie Goldfiner Goldberg, chief marketing and business development officer for Rahaminov Diamonds.
“We were thrilled by the enthusiasm surrounding our Movál collection and grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with longtime partners while building new relationships,” Goldfiner Goldberg said. “JCK remains a powerful reminder of how connected and passionate the fine jewelry community truly is. The momentum and engagement we experienced throughout the show reaffirmed our confidence in the continued growth and resilience of the fine jewelry industry.”
Beyond exhibits, JCK featured a range of educational sessions and programming. A keynote presentation by entrepreneur Jesse Itzler focused on leadership and business lessons. The show also hosted several industry events, including a concert by Grammy-winning artist Nelly on the final night and a fundraiser benefiting Jewelers for Children.
“We love coming because we see the best of the best, what’s new in the industry, new vendors, new items that we never see anywhere else but here,” said Joel Cardenas of CBC Fine Jewelers in El Paso, Texas. “I’m just so happy to be back.”
This was the first time attending JCK for Harish Doddi, CEO of GaanaAI, which produces product storytelling videos for jewelry.
“I learned a lot about the jewelry industry, how it operates, and how the AI use cases are emerging. The JCK Talks helped me understand the practical experiences of the jewelry practitioners. Overall, it’s a positive experience for me and I made good connections,” Doddi said.
Emerging trends from the show, according to RX, included alternative materials, gold charms, leather cords, and platinum settings.
The Luxury event delivered an elevated environment tailored to high-end jewelry retailers, designers, and brands.
“It was an absolutely epic show for Artistry and, from what I understand, many of the other Luxury exhibitors,” said Klemt Williams, president of Artistry, a Luxury exhibitor. “It was absolutely thrilling to be in this ballroom filled with incredible energy from both the retailers and the exhibitors.
“Everybody was there to buy and focus on servicing the end consumers. It seems like in this K-shaped economy, retailers that are targeting those at the top end of that K are still spending and have a lot of appetite for the beautiful jewelry,” Williams added.
NouvelleBox, a virtual jewelry marketplace, debuted a ballroom for featured designers at Luxury this year. “The caliber of retailers and press who visited our space, and the orders that followed, exceeded every expectation,” said Darren Hildrow, founder and director of NouvelleBox.
The Out of the Jewel Box Experience within the Design Collective also proved successful, said Kelly Selcer, owner of Gold and Smoke, a fine jewelry brand that exhibited there: “We had a fabulous show. Everybody was really happy. We had lots of press, lots of people.
“Our booth was literally busy all the time,” said Selcer. “We had so much excitement, so much enthusiasm. We had really good, independent retailers that I think everybody was very happy to see. We’re leaving Vegas very happy.”
JCK 2026 was a defining moment for the brand Lafonn, as it refreshed its presentation, with new showcases and more than 100 arrivals. Showgoers’ response was overwhelmingly positive and helped make JCK a record-breaking event for the company, according to Lauren McCawley, PR and marketing consultant for Lafonn.
“Retailers were especially enthusiastic about our bezel-set mixed-cut necklaces, convertible tennis bangles, and fancy-cut statement earrings,” McCawley said. “The excitement we saw across the show floor confirmed that Lafonn offers the right look, at the right price, at the right time. We couldn’t be more excited about the momentum heading into the second half of the year.”
JCK and Luxury are scheduled to return to Las Vegas in 2027, with JCK set for June 4–7 and Luxury’s invitation-only events planned for June 2–3.
