
ShineBright Taps Manse to Head Sales and Marketing
Robert Manse (left) has been appointed president of sales and marketing for lab-grown diamond company ShineBright and its parent, Dynamic Design Group.
Manse has more than three decades of experience in product development, sourcing, manufacturing, branding, and distribution and has helped generate over $200 million in branded retail sales.
His appointment by ShineBright/Dynamic Design signals a strategic push to strengthen retail relationships and expand market reach. CEO Amit Sanghavi said Manse’s experience scaling branded collections makes him an ideal addition to support innovation and growth.
“This company has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional-quality diamond jewelry,” said Manse in a statement, “and I look forward to leveraging my experience in retail partnerships, TV shopping strategies, and utilizing my key industry relationships to accelerate growth, expand market presence, and drive revenue across both natural and lab-grown segments.”
Sarine Names Next CEO
Tzafrir Engelhard, currently vice president of business development at Sarine Technologies, will succeed David Block as the company’s chief executive officer, effective July 1.
Engelhard has worked at Sarine for nearly 20 years, first as a product manager and later as managing director of India operations. In addition to a deep familiarity with Sarine’s culture, customers, and stakeholders, he brings an “extensive understanding of the industry across the entire value chain, particularly the midstream and downstream segments,” the company said in a statement.
Daniel Glinert, executive chairman of Sarine’s board, said the board “deemed it best to select our next leader from within the group’s ranks for a number of reasons—not the least of which being the very unique industry in which we operate.”
New Chrono24 CEO Will Continue Leading U.S. Growth Strategy
Online watch marketplace Chrono24 has promoted José Gaztelu (left) to chief executive officer. He had served as the company’s chief growth officer since July 2025, focused on expanding Chrono24’s presence in the U.S.
Chrono24 chairman Tobias Hartmann said that Gaztelu “immersed himself in the business with remarkable speed and moved quickly from understanding the company to shaping its direction. This appointment formalizes what has already been working.”
Gaztelu previously held positions at digital platforms Nextdoor, Domestika, Houzz, and Zalora.
Signet Appoints Ex–Macy’s CEO Gennette to Board
Jeffrey Gennette, a 40-year veteran of Macy’s and its former CEO, has joined Signet Jewelers’ board and will serve on the finance committee and its human capital management and compensation committee. His omnichannel expertise will support Signet’s capital allocation initiatives and long-term growth strategy, the company said.
Signet board chair Helen McCluskey lauded Gennette as “a highly respected retail leader who brings a deep familiarity with the jewelry category and a proven track record of leading large, complex consumer businesses through transformation.”
CEO J.K. Symancyk added, “As we continue to strengthen our brands, enhance our digital and store experiences, and grow share in a dynamic retail environment, Gennette’s guidance, passion for jewelry, and expertise will be a tremendous asset.”
Signet also announced that longtime director Nancy Reardon will not stand for reelection and that her position on the board will not be replaced.
