Watches of Switzerland Hires Kelly Yoch

Tiffany & Co. veteran Kelly Yoch (pictured) has joined Watches of Switzerland’s U.S. division as director of client relations, a newly created position.

Yoch will focus on client relations and development for Watches of Switzerland. She will report to Damian Otwinowski, vice president of retail for Watches of Switzerland New York and Boston.

Yoch worked for Tiffany as senior Patek Philippe consultant for North America. Prior to that, she oversaw fine jewelry at Saks Fifth Avenue, served as the general manager of Tourneau, and worked as a sales consultant for Hamilton Jewelers.

An August GQ profile quoted clients and observers dubbing Yoch “the most important person in the watch world” and “the high priestess of horology.”

Based in the United Kingdom, Watches of Switzerland went public on the London Stock Exchange last year. It has 24 U.S. stores, including 14 Mayors boutiques across Florida and Georgia. In September, it acquired Analog Shift, which sells pre-owned and vintage watches online.

“We are thrilled to have Kelly join our team during a pivotal year for Watches of Switzerland in the United States,” said David Hurley, executive vice president of Watches of Switzerland, in a statement.
