Jewel-Craft Celebrates 75 Years

Kentucky-based Jewel-Craft, a jewelry service provider, is celebrating 75 years in business.

Founded in 1947 by Earl Wesdorp, Jewel-Craft has remained a family-run business as it has expanded across the United States and into other countries. Now in its third generation, the company has grown in size and offerings, including manufacturing, appraisals, custom design, laser engraving, trade work, and more. It received the RJO Vendor of the Year Award in 2009, 2019, and 2021.

“Jewel-Craft has been around for so long, we’re like a familiar old friend in the industry,” said Walker Wesdorp, senior director of information, in a statement. “We don’t anticipate it going anywhere anytime soon, and that’s because of the people who work here. We have a lot of new faces, but our core employees have always set the tone for sharing a passion for jewelry and keeping the legacy of the family business strong.”
