Signet Appoints Vincent Sinisi as Senior VP of Investor Relations

Signet Jewelers has appointed veteran retail analyst Vincent “Vinnie” Sinisi (pictured) as its senior vice president of investor relations.

Sinisi has more than 15 years of experience as a retail analyst. He most recently served as executive director of equity research for Morgan Stanley. He previously worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and Prudential Financial, focusing on evaluating retail and real estate portfolios.

He will be responsible for communicating Signet’s strategic growth plans to the investment community and building a network of relationships with retail analysts and investors.

He takes over from Randi Abada, senior vice president, investor relations and financial strategy, who has left the company.

The Signet statement thanked Abada for “for her dedication delivering an effective Path to Brilliance message to the investment community over the past two years.”

In a statement, chief financial officer Joan Hilson said she was “excited to have Vinnie join Signet at such an important inflection point for our business. He is an accomplished executive with an extensive financial and investment background, and I am confident that Signet will benefit from his experiences and perspective as we accelerate our Path to Brilliance transformation efforts.”

Hilson joined the company last April.
