Luxury Brand Holdings, parent company of Ross-Simons, has hired Signet Jewelers veteran Cathy Fischer (pictured) as its new chief marketing officer.

Fischer will oversee all marketing and creative functions for the company.

Fischer previously served for eight years as Signet’s vice president of marketing. Prior to that, she worked for a wide variety of companies, including Glidden Paint, Goodyear, Newell-Rubbermaid, and Procter & Gamble.

“I am so pleased to welcome Cathy to the Ross-Simons family,” said CEO Jim Speltz in a statement. “Her experience in consumer goods and e-commerce marketing, along with her experience and passion for fine jewelry, is an exciting combination.”

In December 2020, Ross-Simons was purchased by private equity firm Nonantum Capital Partners.
