Ann-Marie Patton (pictured at left) has joined Robbins Brothers, the Azuza, Calif.–based 15-store engagement ring chain, as vice president of stores.

Patton has spent the majority of her career at Signet Jewelers, where she was most recently Kay Jewelers’ vice president for North America. Prior to that, she served as divisional vice president, North America for Jared, and its design and service center divisions.

“Ann-Marie brings far more than experience to our team,” said Robbins Brothers president and CEO Marc Friedant in a statement. “She also brings a belief that engaged team members are key to delivering consistent and unparalleled in-store customer experiences, which ultimately leads to exceptional sales performance and team member and customer loyalty.”

She joins the current Robbins Brothers executive team, including vice president of merchandising Susan Davidson Hopeman and vice president of marketing Kris Land.

Hopeman (pictured below) joined Robbins Brothers in 2019 with more than 20 years’ merchandising experience. Previously, she worked as executive vice president of merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce for Visionworks, a national eyewear company. She also spent 14 years at Zale Corp., advancing to the president of the company’s Gordons Jewelers.

Last week, Robbins Brothers announced that it was being purchased by a consortium of owners including Main Street Capital and its current management.

“It is critical in our world that merchandising, marketing, and store operations all work seamlessly together,” added Friedant. “We now have three powerhouse executives leading the charge and alongside our recent management buyout, we are set up for success.”
