Horological experts and watch connoisseurs alike had a plethora of new and rare timepieces to study at the 2026 Met Gala.
Given the dress code “Fashion Is Art,” celebrities donned watch brands including Piaget, Breitling, Audemars Piguet, and Jaeger-LeCoultre. There also were jaw-dropping examples of timepieces from Bulgari, Cartier, Jacob & Co., and Chopard on the red carpet.
Perhaps the best look of the night goes to model, activist, and 2026 host committee member Lauren Wasser, who, in her Met Gala debut, wore a golden Prabal Gurung ensemble along with the Hublot Big Bang Integrated King Gold Pavé 42 mm.
NFL star Justin Jefferson also wore Hublot; his opulent Spirit of Big Bang High Jewelry King Gold 42 mm felt like the perfect complement to his Who Decides War custom-designed look.
Here are some of JCK’s favorite watches from the Met Gala extravaganza.

Lauren Wasser
Wasser has long worked with Hublot at events and as a model. She is known as the Girl with the Golden Legs due to the nickname she coined for her prosthetics. Wasser had toxic shock syndrome, which caused a heart attack and severe damage to both legs that required amputation.

Serena Williams
Serena Williams wore an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding Perpetual Calendar featuring a sapphire dial in a 41 mm titanium case. The dial features matching subdials with 18k pink gold hands and hour-markers filled with luminescent material and a black inner bezel.

Finn Wolfhard
Actor Finn Wolfhard wore a Jaeger-LeCoultre timepiece that debuted at the 2026 Met Gala. The Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds “Or Deco Cocktail” watch is a gem-set interpretation in white gold with blue sapphires, a colorful extension to the beloved Reverso Tribute Monoface “Or Deco” from 2025.

Hugh Jackman
Jackman made his Met Gala debut with new love Sutton Foster wearing a classic black Giorgio Armani tuxedo, a Piaget watch, and a Briony Raymond brooch for the ideal “date night” combination.

Connor Ives
Fashion designer Conner Ives—who dressed model Lila Moss in a reference to Gustav Klimt’s Water Serpents—showed up in his own high-fashion look for the Met Gala red carpet. He wore a suite of Piaget pieces, including a high jewelry brooch, vintage Polo cufflinks, and a vintage timepiece.
