With the addition of jewelry pieces and global brand ambassadors, Mejuri is showing it is serious about its tennis jewelry collection, Play.
Mejuri introduced Play and its first tennis ambassador, Emma Navarro, in late 2025. On Jan. 5, the brand expanded its ambassador lineup with emerging and established athletes, and expanded the Play collection with tennis-inspired statement earrings.
The five ambassadors who join Navarro include two U.S. players, McCartney Kessler and Valerie Glozman, as well as Canadian pro Victoria Mboko. Canada’s Eugenie “Genie” Bouchard, a former tennis pro and now pickleball player, and 16-year-old British player Hannah Klugman are also new Mejuri ambassadors.
The company chose these women because each brings her own distinct style, not just in how she plays tennis but in how she carries herself on and off the court, says Mejuri chief brand officer Jacob Jordan.

“The way they compete, the confidence they bring to their game, and the individuality they express through every moment is what makes them such a natural fit for Play,” Jordan says.
“They’re also each at different stages of their careers and lives–some established names with years of experience, others emerging forces shaping what’s next,” he notes. “Together, they reflect the full spectrum of the journey: evolving as athletes and strong, confident women.”
Mejuri’s two new earring styles honor the venerable diamond tennis bracelet popularized by ’70s and ’80s tennis star Chris Evert, says Jordan. The earrings make a statement and are well crafted and structured, yet playful enough to still show the movement of the person wearing them, he adds.
Drop Shot Tennis Earrings feature diamond strands that swing freely, creating sparkle and movement. Tennis Double Hoops, with one strand making two hoops on each ear, are reminiscent of a tennis bracelet. Both styles are available in sterling silver with lab-grown sapphires or in a made-to-order version of 18k yellow gold with lab-grown diamonds.
The Play offering represents values Mejuri holds dear and the brand’s commitment to creating jewelry that allows wearers to express themselves as individuals, according to Jordan.

“Play is built around what resonates with our community’s lifestyle and interests—jewelry that fits seamlessly into the way they live, from training and travel to work and nights out. It reflects Mejuri’s belief that jewelry should feel personal, effortless, and worn every day,” he says. “Through this lens, Play becomes a clear expression of our values: individuality, confidence, and celebrating women in the moments that matter most.
“Each ambassador curates Play through their own personal style and what they actually wear day to day,” Jordan continues. “They’re showing that you can still feel like yourself and look good, even when you’re performing at a high level. Instead of just highlighting pieces, they’re sharing how they style them for match day, practice, or more elevated moments. It makes jewelry feel like it belongs in real life.
“It’s not an afterthought, but part of their self-expression,” says Jordan. “They’re also giving feedback based on how they train and live in their jewelry, which helps us design pieces that truly hold up in motion.”
Over the past two years, Mejuri, a millennial-favorite brand, has grown to more than 50 stores globally and has plans to expand further.
“Play is a natural next step for Mejuri—more lifestyle-driven, but still rooted in the community we’ve built,” Jordan says. “It connects our product even more directly to everyday life and to how jewelry is really worn: on the court, off duty, and everywhere in between.
“Play encourages experimenting and wearing jewelry in a way that feels personal and fun—not precious or saved for special occasions.”
