A Treasured History: The Stream Family Collection” sale brings together one of the finest museum-quality Fabergé collections in the world, alongside exceptional jewels from houses such as Cartier and Tiffany & Co. Highlights include exquisite hardstone flower studies by Fabergé, a silver tea service designed by Paulding Farnham, and artworks by Diego Rivera and Edgar Degas. A corresponding online sale closes on June 17.

Phillips’ New York Jewels auction is led by important colored gemstones and a strong offering of paraiba tourmalines, including a diamond ring centered on a 31.77 ct. paraiba tourmaline, alongside notable emeralds, diamonds, and iconic creations by makers such as Harry Winston, Cartier, and David Webb.

This week’s Important Watches sale at Christie’s Rockefeller Center headquarters leads with a rare white gold Patek Philippe ref. 3448G “Red Dot” with two cases (estimate: $800,000–$1,600,000), one of only two known transitional 3448s to feature the rare “red dot” leap year indication. The sale also features Andy Warhol’s Patek Philippe ref. 570 and a Cartier Tank Normale with a link to Gone With the Wind. The house’s watch season continues with Watches Online: The New York Edit, open for bidding through 17 June.

Phillips’ New York Watch Auction: XIV features a Tourbillon Souverain Anniversaire “Hong Kong” watch by F.P. Journe estimated at $600,000–$1,200,000 and a Rolex ref. 6239 Cosmograph Daytona “Paul Newman,” estimated at $600,000–$1,200,000. But the best provenance award belongs to a Patek Philippe wristwatch made for Tiffany & Co., originally owned and worn by Paul Starrett, the builder of the Empire State Building.
