Hearts On Fire has promoted Jacqueline Raffi (pictured) to vice president of sales for North America.
She will oversee North American sales for both the Hearts On Fire and Mémoire brands.
Raffi most recently served as Hearts On Fire’s senior director of sales for North America. She will continue to work directly with the group’s retail partners.
Raffi also serves as the corporate secretary for the Women’s Jewelry Association.
In addition, Hearts On Fire has added three new territory managers: Allyson Noble, Kristina Fadely, and Kris Malmberg.
Noble was most recently direct business manager for Swarovski. She will manage its West Coast territory and is based in California.
For two years, Fadely served as regional sales manager for Officina Bernardi. She is based in Florida and will manage Hearts On Fire’s Southeast territory.
Malmberg comes from Frederick Goldman, where he spent five years as a territory manager. He is based in Illinois and will be supporting the Midwest.
