A Week in Watches: Blues Set the (Jewel) Tone for Fall

As we get ready to transition to fall, a season of new watches arrives too. The latest releases show a draw toward dimensional, jewel-toned blues. Below is a closer look at a few of them.

Tudor’s Royal model features a 28 mm steel case, a diamond-set bezel that catches the light, and a classic-looking deep blue dial with applied Roman numerals. Paired with a gold-integrated bracelet, this timepiece balances refinement with everyday wearability, all powered by a reliable caliber T201 movement.

*Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M, 41 mm, in steel and rubber, $7,300*

Omega redefines its sports-luxe Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M watch with a vivid turquoise gradient dial, framed by a brushed black ceramic bezel. The black rubber strap with turquoise stitching adds a contemporary edge, while the METAS-certified coaxial caliber 8900 ensures precision, resilience to magnetism, and a 60-hour power reserve—proof that effortless style and technical excellence can coexist.

The Nodus Duality II is a 40 mm dual-crown diver with a matte Drift Blue dial and subtle yellow accents, combining a vintage-inspired look with modern design. Boasting a Miyota 9015 movement and rated to 300 meters, the entire piece is designed and assembled in Los Angeles.

A limited edition of 2,000, the Oris Aquis New York Harbor is a 43.5 mm dive watch, powered by a caliber 733 and water-resistant to 300 meters. With a green mother-of-pearl dial to pay tribute to the harbor the watch is named for and an engraved oyster trio on the caseback that highlights Oris’ support for New York’s Billion Oyster Project, the watch offers both meaningful design and powerful performance.

H Moser Azuki — *Azuki x H. Moser & Cie. Elements of Time – Water in titanium, $75,000*

The Elements of Time Pioneer Tourbillon merges NFT platform Azuki’s digital artistry with H. Moser’s Swiss watchmaking expertise. This limited-edition model is available “one of one” for each iteration—Water is pictured above and at top; the watch also comes in another blue hue, Lightning, as well as Fire and Earth colors. Its 40 mm titanium case houses a water-themed guilloché dial featuring a flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock, with an HMC 804 automatic movement and minimum three-day power reserve.
