Film and television stars at the 83rd Annual Golden Globe Awards gave a jewelry masterclass, decked out in antique and colored diamonds that made the first major awards show of the 2026 season a bejeweled bonanza.
The Jan. 11 event in Beverly Hills, Calif., was a subdued showcase for jewelry’s biggest houses including Cartier, Bulgari, Boucheron, and Tiffany & Co. The biggest takeaway from the star-filled evening is the brooch party the men brought; we spotted seriously special pieces on actors such as Colman Domingo, Dwayne Johnson, and Paul W. Downs.
But a note to the Hollywood stylists: Let’s go bolder with the jewelry next year. We can (almost) forgive host Nikki Glaser’s naked neck because of her outstanding, well-timed, and cutting opening remarks. Really—so many bare necks and bare lapels you have to wonder if the stylists were on strike or something. (We’re looking…or not looking…at you, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Selena Gomez, and Jean Smart.)
Here, we give you the full rundown of the best bling of the night.
Colman Domingo

Boucheron recently announced actor Colman Domingo as a Friend of the Maison, and you see that this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. He wore brooches, in exclusivity, from the upcoming Histoire de Style High Jewelry collection, which the brand said will be unveiled on Jan. 26 in Paris during Couture Week. Domingo also wore a Boucheron Quatre Black Edition large ring with diamonds in white gold, the Quatre Black Edition ring in white gold, and the Quatre Radiant Edition single ear clip with diamonds in white gold.

Ryan Destiny

Chopard gave us the colored gemstones we were craving through the suite of jewelry the The Fire Inside actress wore. The brand said Detroit native Destiny chose a necklace in 18k white and rose gold with 57.09 carats of diamonds and 73.7 carats of sapphires, and earrings in 18k white gold with 4.05 carats of diamonds, both from the Haute Joaillerie Collection, along with a ring from the L’Heure du Diamant Collection in 18k white gold with 2.39 carats of diamonds.

Teyana Taylor

Perhaps one of the best moments during the award show came when Taylor stepped on stage to accept the Golden Globe for her best supporting actress role in One Battle After Another. First, there was her stunning Tiffany & Co. jewelry: The actress wore Archives earrings in gold and palladium with diamonds and colored diamonds dating from the 1940s, a Tiffany Victoria mixed cluster bracelet, and Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany rings. Then, she turned around. Let’s just say that Best Body Adornment also goes to Taylor, whose silver rhinestone thong inspired her to say “See my party in the back,” and shake a tail feather in her Schiaparelli (an asymmetrical cut-out bustier gown in draped black satin with a scarf neckline).

Miley Cyrus

You have to admire the singer’s fresh fashion throughout the years, but she went classic for the Golden Globes. And we are glad she did, because her plunging neckline—her gown was Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello—showed off one of the only colored gemstones that took away our collective breath. Cyrus wore a Tiffany & Co. pendant necklace in platinum with an unenhanced emerald of more than 15 carats, the brand said. She also wore Tiffany diamond studs and a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. Sixteen Stone ring with diamonds, both set in platinum.

Paul W. Downs

Boucheron wins again for giving brooches their own spotlight during the Globes. A wonderful example is Paul W. Downs, whose role on Hacks is not only endearing but worthy of a great jewelry moment on Sunday. Downs wore the house’s Roseau brooch, from the Histoire de Style Untamed Nature High Jewelry collection, paved with diamonds, in white gold.

Connor Storrie

New swoon-worthy star Connor Storrie of Heated Rivalry fame on HBO Max seemed to announce his entrance into Hollywood A-list land by wearing a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. Bird on a Rock brooch with a 13+ ct diamond. He also wore Tiffany T T1 earrings, a Tiffany Lock bangle, a Tiffany Union Square watch, and Tiffany Knot ring. His better half from the lusty show, Hudson Williams, wore Bulgari jewelry.

Dwayne Johnson

Glaser called him The Rock, and his jewelry certainly was appropriate for that longtime nickname on Sunday. Nominated for his role in The Smashing Machine, Johnson wore Chopard from head to toe, and his brooch in 18k white gold with diamonds was a stunner. He also selected the Alpine Eagle Frozen Summit limited-edition one-of-eight timepiece in 18k white gold with 29.02 carats of diamonds, a ring in 18k white gold with 4.14 carats of diamonds, and a ring in 18k white gold with 3.66 carats of diamonds, all from the Haute Joaillerie Collection, along with a 0.03 ct. diamond ring from the Ice Cube Collection in 18k white gold and a pair of cufflinks in steel.

Honorable mentions

Some other looks also deserve a mention. For best in show in terms of uniqueness, you have to go with Zoë Kravitz, who wore Jessica McCormack bespoke diamond hairpins. Diane Lane wore a buzzy Lagos bee brooch. Golden Globes president Helen Hoehne wore Martin Katz jewels on the red carpet, on stage, and afterward with kunzite and diamond pavé drop earrings in 18k white gold that proved perfect in pink.
As for antique diamonds, Sarah Snook wore a Fred Leighton 1930s 5.5 ct. old European–cut diamond ring in platinum that we’re still coveting. And Kumail Nanjiani glowed in a Fred Leighton 1920s Cartier diamond and platinum jabot brooch.
One final note: It was before the Sunday show, but you should check out Dame Helen Mirren, who wore the dazzling Margot McKinney Bloem collier and Rosette ring to accept the 2026 Cecil B. DeMille Award at the inaugural Golden Eve ceremony in Beverly Hills ahead of the Golden Globes telecast.
The collier features eight significant tourmalines totaling 240.56 carats, with a 65.85 carat tourmaline at the center of the piece. Crafted in 18k yellow gold, the necklace also features 27 large Australian South Sea baroque pearls and is completed with white diamonds, brown diamonds, pink tourmaline, amethyst, rubellite, and blue, pink, and purple sapphires.
