‘Nobody Wants This’ Jewelry Is as Hot as the Plot in Season 3

The hit Netflix series Nobody Wants This continues its success with Season 3 bringing huge surprises, unexpected romance, and continued conversations around jewelry.

Pieces worn by Kristen Bell, who plays Joanne, in the first season—including Adina Reyter’s J pendant—have become must-haves. Season 3 continues that with jewelry from brands including Jemma Wynne, Jenna Blake, and Renato Cipullo.

“We loved seeing Jemma Wynne in Nobody Wants This because the jewelry felt so natural on both characters. Joanne is a little more understated and polished, while Morgan [played by Justine Lupe] is more playful and bold, but both have a relaxed, effortless approach to style that feels true to who they are,” Jenny Klatt and Stephanie Wynne Lalin tell JCK.

There are two big jewelry moments in Season 3, which dropped Oct. 22 on the streaming service. We promise not to give away any spoilers in case you haven’t already binged every episode. (That said, the whole thing is out there and if you want to talk about what happened with Sasha, JCK is here and ready to get into it.)

The first comes from a side character in Joanne’s Judaism class, who makes a comment about lab-grown diamonds. (We’ll leave that one alone.) The second comes when a character receives a proposal, and the engagement ring is a stunning antique-inspired, Victorian cluster ring with an old-mine diamond center sourced from Los Angeles jeweler Fox & Bond.

Throughout the season, you’ll find pieces from Jemma Wynne, like the Asscher-cut diamond pendant on the brand’s Ada chain that Bell wears. Bell also gets to walk around in Renato Cipullo’s Giro earrings, which are timeless and super-fab.

Bell wears Cipullo’s earrings in at least four scenes, making them one of the most visible pieces in this season. She also layers a Jenna Blake turquoise beaded necklace with the Jemma Wynne pendant and chain, which is a dynamic combo we’ll be re-creating in real life.

As the amazing and never-predictable Morgan, Lupe wears Jemma Wynne’s Prive gray pearl ear climbers. These standout earrings are the ideal fit for Morgan’s character, who really goes through ups, downs, and everything in between this season.

Lupe, one could argue, truly is an up-and-coming jewelry influencer—she also got her jewelry moment last year when the Diamond Collective (then known as the Natural Diamond Council) featured her in its Only Natural Diamonds magazine cover story.

Although not yet confirmed, a Season 4 for the wacky love story between the sex podcaster (Bell) and her Hot Rabbi (played by Adam Brody) is likely to happen. The third season has been in Netflix’s Top 10 since it debuted, and there are lots of hot takes to be had. If that isn’t a recipe for another season, we’re not sure what is.
