Jewel360 Now Includes Texting Capability
Cloud-based point of sale software Jewel360 is now offering a text messaging feature, enabling independent jewelers to easily connect with customers. With a centralized texting platform built directly into Jewel360, the texting tool streamlines communication channels for jewelers, eliminating the need to use their personal cell phones.
“From day one, our goal has been to give retailers a comprehensive, single platform to run their businesses,” said Nick Gurney, general manager of Jewel360, in a statement. “Over the past few years, we’ve focused on integrations, including those with Geller’s Blue Book and GIA, that are truly customized to jewelers’ needs. Adding a communication feature was a natural next step in evolving the platform and continuing to support our customers.”
Attendees of the upcoming JCK show in Las Vegas can view Jewel360’s software at booth #50124.
