Sanamama’s first store, in the Miami area, moves the spiritual fine jewelry brand from the digital to the physical world so founder Gabi Torres (pictured) can bring her mix of practical magic and sacred adornment to clients in person.
The 2,000-square-foot boutique at 1160 Kane Concourse in Bay Harbor Islands, Fla., opened last month in a very Sanamama way: on the eve of the new moon.
“The new moon marks the start of a lunar cycle, a time for setting intentions and inviting new beginnings. Opening on that energy feels right for everything Sanamama stands for,” Torres says.
Torres’ store—a sanctuary, she calls it—matches her “material meets ethereal” philosophy, selling not only Sanamama’s full range of 14k and 18k gold jewelry but also healing and cleansing tools, such as “ritual bowls” made of rose quartz that can be used to hold and clean jewelry, crystal furniture and decor, and crystal and gemstone sound bowls.

“At Sanamama, we are creating an entire lifestyle, blending the spiritual and material worlds into beautiful jewelry products. But it doesn’t stop with jewelry. I have worked with crystals for over a decade, placing them in clients’ homes, collecting them, and studying their energy and meaning,” Torres says.
“Because I’ve dedicated so much of my life to understanding the power and energy of stones, I felt inspired to create pieces that people could truly live with and experience daily,” she says. “As a Cancer, home has always been incredibly important to me, and I wanted to design pieces that feel like life-sized jewelry for the home—objects that bring beauty, grounding energy, and intention into everyday living.”
The store’s lounge area, featuring some of the crystal furniture, is particularly important to Torres. “The lounge truly captures the essence of Sanamama’s energy and atmosphere,” she says. “It gives inspiration to clients as to how they can style the furniture and the crystals in their own space, while also allowing them to see how it looks and feel what it is like to live amongst crystals.”
For the in-store jewelry displays, Torres worked with a local furniture maker, Carved Woodworks. “I knew I wanted the displays to be modular and movable for events, while also allowing them to form different geometric shapes, making the space feel versatile and dynamic,” she says.

The store also features a room that Torres calls a sound healing temple, plus an open-format kitchen space that can be used for gatherings, such as the grand opening party on April 16.
Torres, who’s worked as a yoga teacher and art therapist, started Sanamama in 2024. She personally sources all the gemstones she uses, whether for jewelry or spirituality practices. Taylor Swift wore one of Sanamama’s multi-gem pieces, the Inner-Spaceship ring, in her video for “The Fate of Ophelia,” from last year’s The Life of a Showgirl album.
That pop culture exposure, as well as increased consumer interest in wellness, has supported Sanamama’s growth and led Torres to want to open the store.
“My intention is for clients to feel pleasantly curious while also experiencing a sense of calm, openness, and comfort,” she says. “I want people to feel free to quietly explore the space and discover what naturally calls to them.”
