Found It for You: Jewelry Gifts That Will Sell Like Crazy

Along with its absolutely glorious wallpaper, Indianapolis-based Juler’s Row’s wall art and throw pillows present a near-perfect way for the unapologetic jewelry enthusiast to revel in their heart’s desire.

And now comes the latest addition to the mother-daughter team’s collection of home decor items (plus face masks, accessories, coffee mugs, and stationery)—perfect for holiday gifting, especially as an add-on to a present of actual jewelry.

“Jewelry storage” sounds very unsexy, but that’s the category. As for the porcelain trays, trinket boxes, and ring dishes themselves? Nothing but pretty, pretty, pretty.

Picture them in your cases or in a display near your point of sale. Who could resist? Are you running a gift-with-purchase holiday promotion? These little beauties seem tailor-made for that purpose.

Juler’s Row is a collaboration between blogger-turned-jewelry designer/entrepreneur Julie Bishop and her mother, interior designer/artist Amy Wilson. The two co-develop concepts (everything from antique jewelry, tiaras, and stones in different cuts), and then Wilson hand-sketches and paints the images in watercolor.

Bishop is a classically trained jeweler who apprenticed with Whitney Abrams early on in her career and also worked as a buyer at G.D. Thrapp in Indianapolis. Beyond the home decor collection Bishop creates with Wilson, Juler’s Row also encompasses an array of jewelry designs in sterling and gold vermeil (gold available by special order).

Antique and estate jewelry is a constant source of inspiration.

“People see a design today and don’t realize that maybe the inspiration…came from the Victorian or art deco period,” Bishop said on a recent episode of the Jewelry Journey podcast. “For instance, we just finished a series of heart brooches…and we looked at all different periods of jewelry as inspiration for hearts and came up with our own designs from there. It’s a little bit of everything mixed together.”

One of the heart images appears on a ring box up top; the rest of the porcelain possibilities are highlighted below. Everything’s available for immediate delivery. Come and get you some!
