>>?Luca + Danni, the Rhode Island–based fashion jewelry manufacturer, has appointed Allison Carley (pictured) president. Carley was previously vice president of sales at Alex and Ani.

>>?Patrick S. McClymont, chief financial officer of Sotheby’s, has resigned to “pursue other opportunities,” according to a statement. Dennis M. Weibling will step in as interim CFO.  

>>?Pomellato Group, the arm of Kering that includes luxury Italian jewelry brands Pomellato and Dodo, has appointed Sabina Belli CEO. She replaces Andrea Morante, who will leave the company at the end of the year.

>>?De Beers has appointed Nimesh Patel, who worked as group head of corporate finance for parent company Anglo American, as its chief financial officer. He replaces Gareth Mostyn, who is becoming De Beers’ executive head of strategy and corporate affairs.  

>>?Rudy Chavez, longtime president of Baume & Mercier North America, is leaving the watch brand to become a vice president of Cartier.

>>?The board of directors of the Israel Diamond Exchange has elected Yoram Dvash to be its new president. He succeeds Schmuel Schnitzer.

>>?Target Corp. has named Janna Potts its chief stores officer. The former senior vice president of human resources, who focused on stores and distribution, has been with Target since 1989. 

>>?Ahmed Bin Sulayem, who heads the Dubai Multi Commodities -Centre Authority, has been appointed 2016 chair of the Kimberley Process on behalf of the United Arab Emirates. The KP Civil Society Coalition has said it will boycott the certification scheme during the UAE’s chairmanship.

>>?The Natural Color Diamond Association has named Barbara Wheat executive vice president. Wheat previously served as executive director of the International Colored Gemstone Association and as adviser on international relations for the Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association.
