Blue Nile Names New Board Member

On July 12, online jewelry retailer Blue Nile announced the addition of Chris Bruzzo to its board of directors.

Ned Mansour resigned from the board.

Bruzzo is the senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Starbucks subsidiary Seattle’s Best Coffee, where since July 2011 he has overseen all global brand strategy, product innovation and category management, communications, advertising, and digital strategy.

Previously, Bruzzo had been the vice president of global advertising and digital marketing at Starbucks from January 2008 to July 2011. He helped build Starbucks’ online presence including MyStarbucksIdea.com.

Bruzzo has held various digital positions at Starbucks since November 2006.
