Western Management recently purchased a new 95,000-sq.-ft., Class “A,” 18-story office building located at 590 Fifth Ave. Western plans to transform the building into a high-security headquarters building exclusively for the diamond and jewelry sector as existing office leases expire. The building’s 5,000-6,000-sq.-ft. floors will be leased to individual companies, enabling firms to have whole-floor identity and control over their space. Reliant Security Company will provide security services.
