Stars Shine at The JCK Show ~ Las Vegas

No Las Vegas show is complete without stars, and The JCK Show ~ Las Vegas was no exception. One popular celebrity was Kathy Ireland, the former model who now heads a $1 billion global corporation producing products and services for working women, who was the Show’s keynote speaker. Her motivational talk on business and personal success tips delighted her audience of several hundred people. Ireland also was a guest celebrity at the House of Taylor booth. House of Taylor, one of the show’s new exhibitors, offers Kathy Ireland Jewelry.

Other stars at The JCK Show ~ Las Vegas included the genial singer, composer, and TV and film star Harry Connick Jr., the new “ambassador icon” of the Longines watch brand, introduced at a special invitation-only reception; Carmelo Anthony, superstar of the Denver Nuggets basketball team, who visited the IceTek watch booth with his girlfriend, MTV star La La Vasquez, and signed basketballs for fans; and actress/singer and former Miss America Vanessa Williams, seen at the show admiring its products.

The 2005 edition of The JCK Show ~ Las Vegas also saw the debut of JCK TV. Michael Fortino, president of Fortino Group, served as the Show’s roving reporter, interviewing retailers, buyers, and others on camera. Attendees could watch the interviews on closed-circuit television at the Show and also on the hotel channels of the Venetian, Mirage, Treasure Island, Bellagio, and other Show hotels.
