ROBERSON’S DONATES COMMEMORATIVE STATUE

Roberson’s Fine Jewelry and Gifts, Little Rock, Ark., recently donated a commemorative statue to the new Dalton Whetstone Boys and Girls Club. The faux bronze bust was created in memory of the late Dalton Whetstone, son of prominent Little Rock attorney Bud Whetstone. It was commissioned by Roberson’s and created at the company’s retail store in Little Rock by sculptor Hank Kaminsky. A second bust also was sculpted for the Whetstone family.

The new 20,000-square-foot building is designed to provide educational and athletic programs for youth. It’s equipped with a learning center featuring computers, crafts, and audio-visual labs; a state-of-the-art gymnasium and game room; and a 1,400-square-foot multipurpose room for meetings and other events.

Roberson’s is a family-owned and operated jewelry retailer specializing in designer jewelry lines, fine watches, and antique, estate, and consignment jewelry.
