New York Association Plans Fund-raiser

On Oct. 27, 2002, the Consolidated Jewelers Association of Greater New York Inc. will celebrate 46 years of service to the industry with a dinner dance at Tavern on the Green in Central Park. During the event, the association will honor John J. Kennedy, president of the Jewelers' Security Alliance, for his efforts to address the problem of crime in the jewelry industry. The event also will serve as a fund-raiser for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Metro New York. For information or tickets, call Barbara J. Goldstein at (516) 364-3939.
