Birdman star Naomi Watts emerged a big winner on Feb. 22: Not only did her theater-themed movie take home four trophies including Best Picture, but her ensemble—a grayscale Armani Privé halter gown with beaded black cutouts, plus major sapphire drop earrings—was one of the night's most buzzed-about looks.
