London's 22nd annual Goldsmiths' Fair will run from Monday, Oct. 4, to Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004, in its usual setting, the impressive Goldmiths' Hall. A new exhibitor to the Fair is jewelry designer Shaun Leane, who has designed jewelry for both celebrities (including Liv Tyler, Kate Moss, and Sir Elton John) and for use on the catwalk (for clothing designer Alexander McQueen). Sculptural yet functional silver hollowware is always a highlight of the show, and there are many talented silversmiths among the other 90 exhibitors in the Fair. Items will include tableware by Christopher Perry and enameled silver vessels by Vladimir Böhm. For more information, visit www.thegoldsmiths.co.uk.
