>>?Sam Hines, the international head of watches at Phillips, has also been appointed its deputy chairman for Asia. 

>>?Terry J. Lundgren, who has headed Macy’s for more than a dozen years, will step down as CEO in the first quarter of 2017. Jeff Gennette, the current president, will take over.

>>?Former Detroit Lions president Tom Lewand has become CEO of Shinola, replacing Steve Bock. Bock will become CEO of outerwear manufacturer Filson, which, like Shinola, is owned by Bedrock Manufacturing Co.

>>?Burberry has appointed Marco Gobbetti, chairman and CEO of the LVMH-owned luxury brand Céline, its new CEO. He replaces Christopher Bailey, currently CEO and chief creative officer. When the transition takes place in 2017, Bailey will keep the title of chief creative officer and serve as president.
