>>?Seiko Corp. of America, a subsidiary of Seiko Watch Corp., has promoted senior vice president Yosh Kawada to president and CEO. Kawada also will serve as senior vice president for Seiko Watch Corp., headquartered in Tokyo.

>>?Sterling Jewelers has promoted Kimberly Kanary to vice president of public relations and social media. Kanary will oversee strategic social media and crisis communication management. She has served as Sterling’s director of public relations since 2010.

>>?Audemars Piguet has appointed Xavier Nolot CEO of its North America subsidiary. Nolot will be responsible for all of the brand’s financial, operational, sales, and marketing functions throughout North America.

>>?Van Cleef & Arpels has appointed Alain Bernard president and CEO of its Americas division. Since 2010, Bernard has served as Van Cleef & Arpels’ president and CEO for the Japan region. He came to Van Cleef from Cartier, which, like Van Cleef, is owned by the Richemont Group.

>>?Owl Financial Group, a private finance company serving the diamond and jewelry industry, has named Steven Mesh vice president. Mesh has decades of industry experience, including 28 years as senior vice president of sales at M. ­Fabrikant & Sons.

>>?Andrea Hansen—­formerly of Ivanka Trump and Bochic—and Courtney Cohen, formerly of Michael Beaudry and David ­Yurman, have formed the New York City–based  company LuxeIntelligence. The duo will work with designers and clients on brand conception, image development, media relations, and distribution.

>>?Theo Killion, CEO of Zale Corp., will receive the 2013 DreamBuilder Award from A Better Chance on June 11 at Chelsea Piers in New York City. A Better Chance, a national nonprofit that recruits motivated students of color, will honor Killion at its 50th anniversary awards dinner.
