The Jewelry Business Management courses, which begin Jan. 12, will now serve as the GIA School of Business’s only diploma curriculum. The new diploma is earned upon successful completion of eight courses—four required core courses and four electives, the latter from GIA’s selection of 13 business-oriented topics. The courses have been changed to a quarterly system of 10 weeks each. The Institute intends to offer the GIA School of Business courses both on campus and via distance education.
