Harry Winston Diamond Corp. has appointed Frederic de Narp (above) to the position of president and chief executive officer of Harry Winston, its New York–based jewelry arm. De Narp joins Harry Winston from Cartier International, where he recently served as president and chief executive officer of Cartier North America. Taking over at Cartier North America is Emmanuel Perrin. Perrin was previously president and CEO of Van Cleef & Arpels.
