APPOINTMENTS

Mercury Ring Corp., Englewood, N.J., announces two appointments. Stan Luongo is diamond and production manager, and Rich Olshwanger is sales manager for the TOLA territory.

North Bennet Street School in Boston has named Rosemary Trainor as department head of the jewelry making and repair program. Trainor has been an instructor at the school for four years and is a graduate of the program.

Jeffrey Golden was recently named senior vice president of the Robert Lee Morris Jewelry Company, a division of M. Fabrikant & Sons. Golden was previously employed by the Movado Group.

Eric Frank has joined Bel-Am/Fischler Diamonds Inc. as director of New York sales. Frank has 20 years’ experience in marketing, merchandising, and gemology.

Barry Berman was recently appointed director of new product development by Candela Jewelry, Sunrise, Fla. In his new position, Berman will be responsible for developing new products as well as handling other special products. Berman has more than 28 years’ experience in the jewelry industry in the areas of buying, sales, customer service, and new product development.
