Gemvision Corp. has appointed Gary Baines to direct all operations of Gemvision Europe Ltd., the U.S. company’s newly created European division. Baines will oversee all European operations, product sales, and training from the Gemvision Europe Ltd. headquarters in Leeds, England. Has 22 years of experience in the jewelry industry.

Epsilon Jewelry Corp. has appointed Thomas E. Perkins as director of sales and marketing, where he will be responsible for product development, national accounts, and marketing. Prior to joining Epsilon, Perkins served as senior vice president and general merchandise manager for Jay B. Rudolph Inc.

Lisa Young, senior account executive at Chippenhook, has added the Southeast region (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the Caribbean) to her sales responsibilities. She has 15 years of experience in the jewelry industry in sales and management.

The Aaron Group has announced several promotions. Richard Katz, executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Aaron Group, has been named chief operating officer. Katz has worked at The Aaron Group for 13 years. John Peters, vice president of sales and marketing, has been promoted to senior vice president. Peters has worked at The Aaron Group for eight years and has been in the jewelry industry since 1992. Jerry Delvescovo, vice president of The Aaron Group’s Diamond Dimensions division, has been promoted to president of Diamond Dimensions. He has been with The Aaron Group for one year and has 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Delvescovo previously served as president of the Caressa and LoveFire brands at ODI, and vice president of sales and product development at A. Jaffe.
