‘Tis the season for Valentine’s Day promos, and one Mexican restaurant in Austin, Texas, has a sparkly one.
The Iron Cactus is offering a $30,000 margarita complete with all the staples of a premium cocktail—Patrón Platinum tequila, Grand Marnier Cuvée du Centenaire, fresh lime juice, and 100 percent organic agave nectar—plus something super special to make it worthy of the price: a pair of diamond earrings.
The Vision earrings, designed by Austin jeweler Zoltan David, are 2.5-inch danglers composed of 3.75 cts. t.w. diamonds (260 diamonds in total!) set in palladium.
For every one of the Vision for Valentine’s Day margaritas sold, the restaurant will donate $6,000 to the charity Cheyanna’s Champions4Children.
