Zale Corp. appointed Ken Brumfield senior vice president of financial products.
Brumfield will be responsible for all customer financing, warranty, insurance, and repair product offerings.
“Ken was instrumental in initiating our U.S. customer alternative financing program, as well as the growth of our warranty and repair businesses,” said Matt Appel, Zale’s chief administrative officer, in a statement. “I am pleased to recognize Ken’s leadership over our suite of financial products.”
Prior to rejoining Zale in September 2010, Brumfield served as director of sales at Alliance Data Systems and as senior vice president of credit Services at Stage Stores.
