Zale Corp is in talks with three finalists, including TPG and Golden Gate Capital, to take a stake in the company, according to a Business Week report.
According to the report, Zale could potentially sell a minority stake for about $100 million to $150 million. The third finalist was not identified.
It was reported in March that Zale was considering a proposal from Sun Capital Partners, but according to Business Week, Sun Capital is not a finalist.
