The season’s always-it accessory

I still can’t really get over how much I adore the petite: tiny earrings, slim rings, barely there necklaces. But when it comes to the holidays, a big, brilliant cocktail ring is mandatory attire for any and every celebratory occasion. I don’t care if you’re wearing the busiest, glitteriest dress (and I hope many do)—you still need that cocktail ring. There’s no better opportunity to show off a special work of art than when you’re sipping cocktails, making champagne toasts, and shaking hands with friends old and new. And just because I’m not actually holding a cocktail ring party (one can dream) doesn’t mean you can’t: Encourage your customers to play the part at your next store happy hour or holiday soiree, and you just may see them taking a special piece home with them.
