A new Yelp app for business owners notifies them of reviews, allowing them to respond more quickly to write-ups.
Proprietors can use the app to post a public comment on a review or to send a private message to any commenter.
It also lets them view activity on their business page, including the number of views and customer leads over the past 30 days, and respond to inquiries sent with the Message the Business tool. Advertisers can view click-throughs.
The app is available for iOS and Android phones.
