The Women’s Jewelry Association has extended the deadline for members to apply for its Grants Program.
The new deadline is February 28, 2010.
The program offers grants up to $500 for jewelry industry studies, as well as financial, business, marketing and other courses that contribute to making members better employees, managers, and business owners in this industry. In 2009, WJA awarded $14,000 in grants to 28 members across the country.
To apply, WJA members should complete the grant application found on the Scholarship page of the association’s web site, www.womensjewelryassociation.com.
