On June 17, Edward Rosenberg will share his personal story of overcoming obstacles—like nearly being arrested at a 1983 Jewelers of America show for selling what authorities mistook for radioactive plutonium (titanium jewelry)—in an intimate dinner presentation entitled “Fearless Transformation.” The CEO of Spectore and Edward Mirell in Deerfield Beach, Fla., is a pioneer in alternative metals in the fine jewelry space and is making this special appearance on behalf of the Metropolitan WJA Chapter in a Chew, Chat & Chill event. The June 17 gathering will be held in Manhattan from 6 to 8 p.m. at Alfredo 100, 7 E. 54th St., where a three-course sit-down meal will be served. A few tickets are still available at a price of $45 for members and $60 for nonmembers. Register online at womensjewelry.org.
