What’s Your Inspiration: Rock Stars for Cynthia Gale

New York City–based Cynthia Gale and her eponymous jewelry design company have long made a business of crafting jewelry for museum gift shops. Gale’s pieces complement the museums’ collections and serve as souvenirs for visitors to purchase. Recently, her client the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, in Cleveland, tapped her to create rock-and-roll-inspired jewelry. Enter the Rock Star Collection, in sterling silver. Pieces range from $40 retail for a star ring to $140 for a Y-style star necklace with either onyx or white topaz. The stars are both a nod to the Rock Hall as well as a timeless motif that many—not just rock stars and their fans—can appreciate.
