We asked four retailers located in four corners of the country to share their best-selling white gold pieces this week.
Central
Hoppe Jewelers, Richmond, Ind. Hearts On Fire 18k white gold and 0.4 ct. t.w. diamonds. “They’re a great addition to a lot of engagement sets,” says store owner Lyn Hoppe. “I’m getting more uses for them other than anniversary bands. People are using them also as right hand stackable rings.”
East
Maurice Badler, New York City Bez Ambar white gold and diamond EQX ring, $3,300 (not including center stone). “These rings are made so beautifully and their diamonds are very sleek,” says store owner Jeffrey Badler.
South
Samuel Gordon Jewelers, Oklahoma City Lisa Nik 18k white gold ring with 13 mm square-cut London blue topaz and diamonds, $3,360. “We just started carrying the Lisa Nik line and it is really taking off,” says store president Daniel Gordon. “People are gravitating to color both for bridal and fashion. It’s a nice big look but not overwhelming.”
West
Goldsmith Co. Jewelers, Provo, Utah Simon G two-tone 18k rose and white engagement ring with round white diamonds and round pink diamonds, $3,500 (center stone not included). “These details are unique and different,” says owner Will Feller. “People are always looking for unique pieces. They often go for the two-tone or the colored stones, whether it’s bridal or fashion.”
