What’s Selling in Stores This Week: Bangles

We asked four retailers located in four corners of the country to share their top-selling bangles this week.

CENTRAL

Jeffrey Mann Fine Jewelers, Toledo, Ohio Vahan diamond, gold, and sterling silver bangle, $4,500.“We took Vahan on last year, and it’s been a wonderful addition to our store,” says owner Jeffrey Mann. “Their style is great and they’re great-quality pieces. Most people that buy these buy two or three and make them stackable.”

SOUTH

Eiseman Jewels, Dallas, Texas. Stackable Katie Decker diamond eternity bracelets in 18k rose gold, white gold, and yellow gold, $6,000—$15,000. “Clients see a lot of layering options with these pieces,” says sales manager Marni Mulvey. “They’re really versatile, very everyday, not in-the-vault pieces.”

EAST

Calvin Broyles Jewelers, Spring Hill, W. Va. Vahan sterling silver, 14k gold, and diamond bangle, $2,440. “It’s a solid bangle that won’t get damaged, so customers aren’t afraid to wear it,” says owner David Broyles. “It also gives the look of the tennis bracelet without the cost.”

NORTH

Crown Jewelers, Salem, N.H. Chamilia sterling silver Flex bangle, $70 without beads. “It’s a versatile bracelet,” says owner Deanne Janulewicz. “You can change the style from elegant to casual, depending on the beads.”
