What’s Selling in Stores: Fashion Jewelry

We asked four retailers located in four corners of the country to share their best-selling fashion jewelry this week.

Central

Herzog Jewelers, Fort Mitchell, Ky. India Hicks Love Letters in sterling silver, $1,295. “They’re kind of funky—very different from your regular initial jewelry,” says co-owner Ted Koester. “Also, they have a great price point.”

South

Jones & Son Diamond & Bridal Fine Jewelry, Little Rock, Ark. Tacori City Lights collection four rounded doublet green onyx in black rhodium earrings, $760. “Tacori fashion is our shining star in our store. We’ve been carrying most of Tacori—both bridal and fashion lines—for 10 years,” says owner Darrow Jones. “We don’t have anything else like these pieces in the store.”

East

Tilden Ross Jewelers, Sarasota, Fla. Marco Bicego Murano Collection 18k yellow gold long necklace with amethyst and topaz, $2,800. “Ladies today are no longer looking for one-event jewelry. They’re looking to wear [something] every day and feel special,” says owner Richard Ross. “I think Bicego does a great job at that.”

West

Johannes Hunter Jewelers, Colorado Springs, Colo. Marco Bicego 18k gold multicolored sapphire drop earrings, $1,220. “Marco Bicego is one of our best-selling fashion designers,” says owner Linda Hunter. “It’s a great line and we promote it well.”
